Skeleton Of 10 Ton Plant
 

The reactor shell is made of BQ 516 GRADE 70 boiler quality plate 14MM/16MM and the remaining condensation and scrubber system made in 5MM ms plate.

 
Function
 

-14/16 MM BQ plate Provide 10 times more strength than operating pressure (0.2 to 0.5 kg/bar) and do not get melt against sulfur content of recycling gas used in the fire chamber to produced the heating.

 

-5MM MS plate used in the condensation and scrubber system helps to improve its lifespan against the cooling and screubbering during pyrolysis process.

Scrubber System
   

Gas obtain in the pyrolysis process is some what bad order and ash content and other impurity of the fire chamber have to release pure white form in the atmosphere through 100 feet chimney.


For that fab india provide auto release spray at the different phase of scrubber system and use of catalyst make gas order less and make the pyrolysis plant eco-friendly.

 
     
     
 
PRESSURE SAFETY
   

During the pyrolysis process pressure in the reactor is nominal (approx 0.2 to 0.5 kg/bar),if the case of blockage carbon black in the condensation and the recycling system because of this pressure rise in the gas tank. Release of gas is must at the gas tank.

 

For that fab india provide automatic neumatic valve which help in the removal of extra gas from the gas tank and control the operating nominal pressure.

 
     
     
 
TEMPERATURE SAFELY
   

During the pyrolysis process of 12 hours temperature play a most important role in the production of pyrolysis oil so regulation of the recycling gas is must during pyrolysis process.

 

For that fab india provide a unique automatic temperature controller valve, operating according to the panel's decided temperature which regulate the recycling gas going towards the chamber so it prevent from over heating reactor shell plate and loss of the production of pyrolysis oil.

 
     

Fire Chamber


provide a heating platform to reactor shell plate.

Blower 0.5 hp


provide a recycling hydrocarbon gas to banner from the gas tank.



Indication Pipe

indicate the temperature and pressure reading in ss 304 analog dial (4 inch) with safely valve attachment.



Catalytic Chamber

made up with 5 MM ms plate covered by cera wool and overlap aluminum sheet make it free from atmosphere.



Water Cooling Pipe

Helps to cooled down initial gas temperature with jacketed water coolant pipe and indicate the digital temperature reading in panel by using thermocouple.



Gas Tank

store some amount of gas during recycling pathway of hydrocarbon gas and provide flammable gas to fire chamber and excess gas is burn out in fire Room.



Cooling Tower

70 TR capacity makes water temperature below 22 *c.



Scrubber System

wash out impurity from fire chamber and release white smoke through chimney.

Carbon Colleting System


Its fitter carbon black from pyrolysis oil which is coming with the hydrocarbon gas.

Pyrolysis process

Pyrolysis is the chemical decomposition of organic materials by heating in the absence of oxygen or any other reagents, except possibly steam. Pyrolysis can be used to reprocess the tyres into fuel oil, fuel gas, solid residue (steel wire) and carbon black. The waste tyres are mainly composed of long chain of C-H molecules. Under normal process conditions the heat transfer will be done by radiation. The technology of pyrolysis, cracking, and monomerisation of used tyres is always a hot topic.
